In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
Cooling-off period: the period during which the consumer may exercise their right of withdrawal.
Consumer: a natural person not acting in the course of a business or profession who enters into a distance contract with the entrepreneur.
Day: calendar day.
Distance contract: an agreement concluded exclusively through distance communication.
Durable data carrier: any medium that allows the consumer or entrepreneur to store personal information for future reference in an unaltered form.
Right of withdrawal: the consumer’s right to cancel the contract within the cooling-off period.
Entrepreneur: the natural or legal person who offers products or services remotely to consumers.
Remote communication technique: a method of concluding an agreement without physical presence of both parties.

These Terms apply to all offers, orders, and distance contracts between the entrepreneur and the consumer.
Before a distance contract is concluded, the Terms will be made available electronically or, upon request, free of charge in another form.
In case of conflicting conditions, the most favorable provision for the consumer prevails.
If any provision is void or invalid, the remaining Terms remain in force.
All offers are non-binding.
Product descriptions are clear and accurate; images are indicative.
Pricing includes taxes and possible shipping costs will be clearly stated.
The consumer will be informed about:
Total price including taxes
Delivery and payment methods
Whether the right of withdrawal applies
Contract duration, where applicable
The contract is concluded when the consumer accepts the offer and meets the stated conditions.
After electronic acceptance, the entrepreneur will confirm receipt of the order.
The entrepreneur may verify the consumer’s ability to meet payment obligations. If necessary, an order may be refused with justification.
The consumer will receive all essential information with the product or service, including return procedures and contact details.
Consumers have 14 days to cancel their purchase without giving a reason.
The cooling-off period starts the day after the consumer receives the product.
During this period, the product may only be handled to the extent necessary to assess it.
Returns must be in original condition and packaging, following the instructions provided.
Notice of withdrawal must be sent within 14 days of receipt.
Return shipping costs are paid by the consumer.
Any amount paid will be refunded within 14 days after withdrawal, provided the returned product has been received.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products:
Made to the consumer’s specifications or personal in nature
That cannot be returned due to their nature
That perish quickly or whose seal is broken (e.g., hygiene products)
Software, audio or video with broken seals
Newspapers or magazines
Prices include VAT and will not increase during the offer period, except for legal tax changes.
Variable pricing may apply for products tied to financial market fluctuations.
In case of typographical errors, the entrepreneur is not obliged to honor the incorrect price.
Products will meet the agreement, specifications, and legal requirements at the time of purchase.
Warranty corresponds with manufacturer’s warranty.
Damage resulting from misuse or modifications voids the warranty.
Delivery is to the address provided by the consumer.
Orders will be shipped within 30 days unless agreed otherwise.
If delivery is delayed, the consumer will be notified and may cancel without charge.
Risk transfers to the consumer upon delivery.
Contracts for an indefinite period may be terminated by the consumer with a one-month notice.
Fixed-term contracts cannot be automatically renewed except under specific legal conditions.
Trial subscriptions end automatically.
Payments must be made within 7 business days unless otherwise agreed.
Consumers must promptly correct any payment errors.
In case of non-payment, reasonable collection costs may be charged.
Complaints must be reported within 7 days after discovery.
The entrepreneur responds within 14 days. If more time is needed, the consumer will be informed.
If not resolved, the dispute may be escalated.
A valid complaint entitles the consumer to replacement or repair.
Dutch law applies exclusively to these Terms and all agreements between the entrepreneur and the consumer, even if the consumer resides abroad.
