Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase.
If you change your mind, you can return your order within 14 days of delivery — for store credit or an exchange.

Please note:

  • Only full-priced items are eligible for return or exchange.

  • Sale items and bundles are generally not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

  • In some cases, selected sale items may qualify for store credit or exchange.


Easy Returns in 3 Simple Steps

Step 1: Request a Return Form

Send us an email to request the return form.
Please include your order number and the items you wish to return.

Step 2: Ship Your Items

Send the products together with the completed return form to the address provided on the form.
Make sure to include a Track & Trace code — as the sender, you are responsible for the return shipment.

Step 3: Receive Store Credit

Once we’ve received and processed your return, your store credit will be issued within 5 business days.

 

✅ Important:

  • Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • We do not accept returns without a valid return form.

  • Shipping costs for returns are at the customer’s expense.
